The Story
ResumeAI was created by a solo developer who wanted to solve a common problem: creating a professional resume is expensive and time-consuming. Existing solutions either charge monthly fees, store your data on their servers, or produce generic results that do not help you stand out.
The goal was to build a tool that is free, respects user privacy, produces professional results, and uses AI in a way that genuinely helps users rather than replacing their own voice. The project is open source and available on GitHub for anyone to inspect, contribute to, or learn from.
